Store pickup is free (Granby (QC) Canada only). With a purchase of more than 60$, the delivery is free in Canada & USA.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are 24 to 72 hours for processing and more or less 10 days to be delivered to you. Ex: I order a product from Canada on Tuesday at 2pm, it will be shipped on Wednesday or Thursday with a delivery time of 1 to 5 working days.

Is it possible to pick up my order directly from your warehouse?

Yes, within 24 hours (working days) it will be possible for you to collect your order.

Do you accept exchanges/returns?

No, unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is impossible to make exchanges/refunds.

How do I make an exchange/return?

Merci de vous munir de votre n° de commande et de nous contacter à contact@leoetviolette.com. Les produits doivent être retournés dans leurs emballages, avec le sac de protection et l'étiquette produit. Ils ne doivent être ni portés, ni lavés, ni abîmés. Merci de ne pas laisser les bandoulières ou bretelles accrochées au sac et de bien les remettre à l'intérieur du sac avant expédition.
