Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned.
Items that cannot be returned :
* Gift cards
* Magnetic liners
All items marked with the "VENTE FINALE" or "FINAL SALE" stamp on your invoice are FINAL SALES, therefore, no EXCHANGE or REFUND is possible.
All current promotions or the use of a promotional code are also FINAL SALES.

Before proceeding with a return/exchange all items must be returned to our Granby warehouse.
